RSVPs, the shared checklist, group chat, and the live map are free for everyone, forever. If a friend invites you to a Roundup, you will never be asked to pay for anything.
Creating a Roundup is the only thing that ever costs. Every new account gets three free ones, so you can plan a real trip before deciding whether CatHerd is for you.
Adds a single Roundup to your account. It never expires. Available in the Android and iOS apps.
Create as many Roundups as you like for a full year. Available in the apps and soon here on the web.
Do the people I invite have to pay? No — never. Only the person creating the Roundup uses one. Invite as many people as you like.
What happens to my Roundups if I stop paying? Nothing. Every Roundup you've created stays exactly where it is, and you keep full access to it — the chat, the checklist, the map, all of it. You just can't create new ones until you renew or buy a single Roundup.
Can I get a refund? Yes. See our Refund Policy below.
How do I cancel? Open Profile → More Roundups → Manage subscription in the app, or use the link in your receipt email if you subscribed on the web. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep unlimited creation until the period you've paid for runs out.
Who do I contact about a payment? help@catherd.app — we answer everything.
Bought in the app? Purchases made in the Android or iOS apps are handled by Google Play and the App Store under their own refund policies. Request one through your store account, and we'll help if you get stuck.
Bought on the web? Contact us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. If you're in the EU or UK, this is in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days.
Single Roundups are consumable — once you've used one to create a Roundup, it's been used. If you bought one by mistake and haven't spent it, we'll refund it.
